* $85 per hour base pay
* Uncapped bonus opportunity
* $7,500 Signing Bonus
* Referral Bonuses ranging from $600-$2,500 depending on role

Qualifications
* Graduate of an Accredited Dental Hygiene Program
* Active Washington Dental Hygiene License (or ability to obtain prior to employment)
* Current CPR Certification
* Local Anesthesia Certification (if required by state regulations)
